The Digital Ecosystem Office launched UM6P’s virtual classroom for innovative pedagogy
On the 25th of September, the Digital Ecosystem Office (DEO), through its Digital Learning Center (DLC), officially inaugurated the UM6P Virtual Classroom, a cutting-edge environment designed to empower faculty with new tools for interactive and collaborative teaching.
The Virtual Classroom provides professors with a dynamic space to enhance course delivery, foster engagement, and experiment with innovative digital pedagogies. Faculty members and staff attended the opening day to explore the features of the new environment and experience how technology can enrich academic practice.
The launch of the Virtual Classroom marks an important milestone in UM6P’s commitment to advancing pedagogy and reimagining the future of education through digital innovation.
To further support faculty adoption, the DLC will host weekly Office Hours every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, offering personalized guidance and hands-on demonstrations.
Reservations can now be made by UM6P faculty through the VirtualClassroom webpage, ensuring direct access to this innovative teaching space.
