AIRESS led academic dialogue on AfCFTA’s legal and economic framework
On the 20th of May, the Africa Institute for Research in Economics and Social Sciences (AIRESS) held an international conference titled “First Years of Functioning of the African Continental Free Trade Area: Challenges and Prospects” at UM6P Campus in Rabat.
The opening remarks were delivered by Dr. Karim El Aynaoui, Executive Vice President of UM6P and Dean of the Humanities, Economics, and Social Sciences Cluster, together with Professor Sâ Benjamin Traoré, Scientific Director of AIRESS. The conference brought together distinguished group of dignitaries, experts, and participants to explore diverse perspectives on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
