• Management of International Project Applications and Mobility Grants: We oversee the calls for applications related to international projects and mobility grants (ERASMUS+, Global Affairs Canada, etc). Our focus is on cultivating partnerships that facilitate International Credit Mobility (ICM) opportunities for our students, while also nurturing strong relationships with our institutional partners.
• Expansion of International Opportunities: We are dedicated to broadening international opportunities for all undergraduate, graduate and PhD students. Our collaborations through the ICM program are essential in creating diverse experiences, particularly for students facing financial challenges.
• Transparent Call for Applications: We are managing the entire process of launching calls for applications, from issuing the call to ensuring a transparent and fair selection process.
• Guidance with Visa Applications: International Mobility service offers comprehensive support to students navigating visa applications and compliance issues.
• Overseas Academic Experience Coordination: We assist students in planning and coordinating their overseas academic experiences, providing resources and support throughout the process.
• Emergency Support Abroad: In case of emergencies, we provide assistance and guidance to students while they are abroad, ensuring their safety and well-being.
