Gabriel MalkaHead of the Center

Current director of CIAM, Pr. Malka is Professor Emeritus at the Université de Bourgogne.He has held several positions in France, the USA (Yale) and Egypt (Cairo).. He was responsible for 5 higher education programs and two master’s in health programs at the Université de Bourgogne. He has taught public health, surgery, anatomy, hospital management and medical ethics. He was also research director at the Laboratory of Medical Ethics at the Cochin Hospital in France.

 

Mme. Loubna Mazini Program Manager

1999: Doctorate in Hematology and Pharmacology at Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg, France (Honorable Mention),
Expertise developed: cellular and molecular pharmacology, pharmaco-chemistry; Herbal medicine (initiation, evaluation of compounds, biological studies), aromatherapy (initiation, evaluation of compounds, biological studies), biotechnology, cell and molecular biology, stem cells and development, innovative therapies, cell therapy, gene therapy, biosafety and biosecurity.
Research work: the development of new anti-aging processes, the interference of poly-phosphorylation and the impact of heavy metals on cell regeneration mechanisms. In translational research, a project to create a treatment center focusing on pressure ulcers  using autologous stem cells is currently under development.

 

Pr. Abdelmounaaim AllaouiProgram Manager

Tenured Professor, specialist in Microbiology and Molecular Biology. PhD in Microbiology Paris V University and Pasteur Institute (1992), PhD in Biology and Medical Biotechnology (UCL, Belgium, 1996); Research Associate at Pasteur Institute of Lille and University of Newcastle (UK) (1994-1996). Professor of Microbiology from 1997-2015 and Director of the research laboratory (ULB, Belgium). Professor Allaoui joined UM6P in 2016. 

 

Mme. Latéfa BiskriProgram Manager

PhD, Permanent Professor: Specialized in Microbiology and Molecular Biology. PhD in Microbiology from Paris VII University and Pasteur Institute (2003), Assistant Researcher at ULB / Belgium (2011-2016). ISO 15189 standard trainer at the CMP. (2011-2018). Currently teaching biology to undergraduate students “Licence Professionnelle” preparatory year at UM6P Benguerir, Morocco. Coordinator of the molecular biology and innovation courses of the BABS Master’s degree at UM6P Benguerir, Morocco.

 

Dr.  BarrougProgram Manager

Dr. Barroug is a professor at Cadi Ayyad University (UCA) of Marrakech and Affiliate Professor at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P). his research activities comprehend the fundamental and applied aspects of resources found in natural environments (phosphates and derivatives, clays, etc.). From an educational perspective, the courses focus on Inorganic Chemistry & Chemistry Interfaces for various disciplines, especially biology and medicine. Dr. Barroug has expertise in development, coordination and evaluation as well as in the accreditation of bachelor and master’s programs. He is also a member and president of several committees appointing directors for higher education institutions, accreditations of research structures, recruitment of professors, postdocs and doctoral students.
