FGSES examined Morocco’s modern history through Mr. Fathallah Oualalou’s book
On the 10th of September, the Faculty of Governance, Economics and Social Sciences (FGSES) welcomed Mr. Fathallah Oualalou, former Minister of Economy and Finance, and Senior Fellow at the Policy Center for the New South, for the presentation of his book intitled “A Moroccan Time: Memoirs and Readings” at University Mohammed VI Polytechnic within its Campus in Rabat.
The presentation examined Morocco’s political, economic, and social transformations across the 20th and early 21st centuries. Through memoirs and critical analysis, Mr. Oualalou offered a comprehensive reading of the nation’s contemporary history, highlighting the dynamics that shaped its development.
The event provided students and faculty with valuable insights into Morocco’s historical trajectory, fostering reflection on its current challenges and future perspectives.
